The Demark family uses experience and tradition to create excellent and quality Demark wines. All wines come from the red Istrian soil, the vineyards are more than 50 years old and situated only 100 meters from the sea away. The production method of four important wine varieties has been cultivated for more than 30 years.
Malvasia Demark, is an unfiltered wine from acacia wood barrels. The vines have been producing grapes for more than 50 years and give us an unforgettable taste of wine. From the merlot and cabernet sauvignon varieties, the Demarks create a wine they call Lama, a cuvée with a sweet taste and excellent aroma. The Pineta wine is prepared according to the recipe of the old Istrians and is characterized by a distinctive taste and wonderful aroma. Rosello is a rosé wine, which, unlike the classic ones, has a lighter and more elegant taste.
The Demark winery and wine tasting room is arranged so that every guest can see what and how it is done in the winery, get to know their story and the tastes of Istrian wines, with a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea.
