Winemaking has been part of the Peršurić family for generations, but they have begun taking it more seriously in 2002 when Vino P&P was founded, and a couple of years later the Pervino brand was created. In Novigrad, where our business is located, our vineyards have found their place under the sun, on the famous wine 45.3 parallel. We turn the story of our vineyards into wine to tell the story of the terroir, climate, and tradition in every sip, but also to offer a true pleasure in each drop. The queen of our vineyards is malvasia, and the king is teran, both native of the Istrian region. We also offer the world-adored varieties like chardonnay, moscato and, in the cuvée segment, cabernet sauvignon and merlot.
The recognizable note of our wines is above all minerality, as a result of a combination of deep red soil and proximity to the sea. From clusters to glasses, we take the grapes to our newly equipped cellar, in which we respect the tradition while introducing innovative methods.
PERVINO wines are divided into three lines: from a light, fresh basic line, a timeless classic line all the way to the exclusive line with strong character. In addition to still wines, we also offer sparkling wines, brandies, and olive oils.
